Planning on audio

In my film opening I'm thinking of only using music because for as long as I can remember, the music in any type of movie especially in romance movies are the most important step to bring joy, sadness, tension, nostalgia, and much more, and I would like to achieve this mix of emotions in my opening.

I'm going to incorporate non diegetic sound, that means that the character's can't hear but the audience can. This creates mood, tone and emotion to how the audience perceive the film. In my case, I will like to use soft delicate music so that at the beginning it can create suspense and mystery on what the character's are fighting about, also the use of hand movement and face reactions can allow the audience to understand that the couple is having an argument. However, i would like the music to have beats so I can integrate the flashbacks, and show in a slow and smooth shots when the couple was in love, to create hope
and curiosity about the character's relationship.
